Cloud backup securely backs up all your data and keeps it safe, ensuring easy restores and business continuity. Cloud storage is more focused on usability and accessibility, helping users store files, sync, and share with other devices but does not necessarily provide for restoring lost or corrupted data. The point is to save information in a safe place so that should anything happen to it, you still have a version that can be restored back to you quickly and cost effectively.

• A backup agent will be installed remotely to your device (Desktop / laptop).
• The installation takes no more than 30 min per device.
• You are also given a small easy to use manual so that you can restore your own data should you wish to
• Once installed, no one can view your data from our end as all data is encrypted.
• All files and documents are backed up with a standard two version policy, meaning that at any given point in time you will have the last two copies / versions of your data.
• Backups are automated – as soon as you save a file / document, it gets backed up.
• Should your data get lost or corrupted, you can either restore your last copy from your back up or contact one of our technicians for support.

• The device needs to have “Any Desk” installed – this is a service to allow for remote access to your device.

Yes, you can. Simply connect your hard drive to your device and allow the backup agent to recognize the drive for backup.

As soon as you pass the first 20 GB, you will be charged an additional R95 for another 20 GB batch.
