Cloud backup securely backs up all your data and keeps it safe, ensuring easy restores and business continuity. Cloud storage is more focused on usability and accessibility, helping users store files, sync, and share with other devices but does not necessarily provide for restoring lost or corrupted data. The point is to save information in a safe place so that should anything happen to it, you still have a version that can be restored back to you quickly and cost effectively.

Yes, you can. Simply connect your hard drive to your device and allow the backup agent to recognize the drive for backup.
As soon as you pass the first 20 GB, you will be charged an additional R95 for another 20 GB batch.

You can transfer your data / connect your phone to your laptop or computer and allow the agent to include the files to your back up policy.
It does not affect the performance of your device at all and takes up less than 30 MB.
