Group Training (2 or more pax)

• 1 hr 00 training session with 30 min for Q & A
• Custom designed to suit your business / industry needs
• General undersatnding test for staff
• Certificate of Attendance awarded after training and 90% pass mark on test
• Training is available online via MS Teams / face to face ( travel fee to be included for face to face)
• Training billed at R850 ex vat p/p with a sliding scale for groups larger than 5 pax.

Compliance/ Risk Impact Review (online)

• 2 – 4 hrs workshop with key players in your business to assess your business processes against POPIA requirements.
• A detailed report and score card is provided to you after the review to inform and guide you towards compliance
• Business Review rate is R3 500.00 ex vat per session

Independent Evaluation / Compliance health checks

• Quarterly – Annual independent compliance evaluation done onsite to evaluate your compliance efforts
• Includes a spot test to assess staff member understanding of data privacy
• A detailed report and score card is provided after evaluation.
• Evaluation may take a ful day or more depending on the business
• Evaluation billed at an hourly rate / pre- negotiated fixed amount

Consulting Retainer

• Contact us any time to assist you with any questions about your processes / communication to customers
• Includes adhoc emailers to keep you up to date with regulatory requirements or changes
• Includes process documet templates. Both generic and custom designed
• Consultants are availble to sit in on process / project meetings to assist in the compliance management
• Retainers provided at 3 months or more and billed at an hourly rate / previously negotaited fixed monthly rate
• Assistance with engaging with the Regulator
• Assistance with registering / updating registrations with the Regulator
